Mad Max: Fury Road Trailer

It’s been a glorious week for us with comic con going on and people getting excited about their favorite movies, TV series or upcoming movie news. While everyone’s been busy talking about Avengers: Age of Ultron posters and Batman Vs Superman trailer, Mad Max releases it’s trailer.!! And it was one of the best trailers I’ve ever seen. The action, the direction, cars, explosions.. This ain’t like one of those Michael Bay movies, This is pleasing to the eyes at-least. I wonder if its really CGI that they used. Dust and deserts never looked this fascinating.

The cast is incredible, consisting of Bane, Aeon Flux, the Beast, Dark angel.. Oh sorry, I may have got a little excited and got carried away.. I meant starring Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Rosie Huntington (Transformers), Zoe Kravitz and Josh Helman (XMen). And they all look sick and almost unrecognizable.

Charlize Theron went bald for this movie, as a result she had to wear a wig in her other movie “A Million Ways to Die in the West”. This is suppose to be the third (or fourth) film in the series originally starring Mel Gibson (The Patriot) back in 1979. The previous movie had a gap of at-least 30 years. The movie was supposed to be filmed in 2003 in Namibian Dessert but due to security concerns and the start of Iraq war, it had to be put on hold until 2009.

This was one of Mel Gibson famous movies in which he rose to fame. As I’m a 90s kid, I have only seen Mel Gibson in famous movies like Braveheart and The Patriot. So I had to search YouTube in order to know what the first movie – Mad Max was all about. For such an old movie, this was just amazing.

Mad Max: Fury Road is set to release next year.
