The Poster of the Year – Avengers: Age of Ultron

Less than an year left for the most anticipated movie to be released, and marvel already started making its moves to conquer the movie industry yet again. Avengers: Age of Ultron makers decided to make it more fun and create more anticipation by slowly unveiling the giant poster, two character posters at a time.
On July 23rd we got introduced to Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) posters,

The Internet and other fans eagerly waited for the release of Thor and Hulk Posters to complete the giant poster. And now, it’s complete.

We are only hearing rumors, some stating that the movie opens with Hulk versus Ironman’s Hulk Buster. But the movie poster should, perhaps tell us a lot about the movie. For one thing, there are a lot of Ultrons in that poster, reminds me of Neo versus Agent Smith in “Matrix: Revolutions”.

From what it looks like, the movie is supposed to be inspired from the 90s comics “Ultron Unlimited” where Avengers face against an army of Ultron robots. Now a quick info on Ultron. The character was introduced in the 1960s and was accidentally created by a scientist (Antman) according to his brain patterns. Ultron rebelled against his father (Antman) and escaped from him. He soon learned to rebuilt and upgrade himself and came back stronger than ever before to face the Avengers. Ultron created “The Vision” (who you saw in the Quicksilver poster) to destroy the Avengers. But the Vision turned against Ultron and defeated him. Ultron never truly dies; he just keeps learning from his mistakes and upgrades himself over the years to become stronger. This time, he’s got an adamantium body (the same indestructible metal used for wolverine’s exo skeleton).

In the comics, Ironman’s Butler – Jarvis is an actually person who gets corrupted by Ultron in order to turn against Ironman. So, I do see high chances of Ultron corrupting Jarvis the AI robot and getting most of Ironman’s powers. If you look closely, Ultron’s head looks really similar to the Ironman.

Not much info is given on the movie. We can only refer the comics, but you may just go crazy. Because in the comics Ultron finally defeats the Avengers and dominates the world, and it is Wolverine who gets send into the past to destroy him. I’m going to stop rite here, because this is just whack!! I have seen Xmen: Days of Future Past and Wolverine does go into the past. But Marvel has already confirmed that there will be no link between the XMen and the Avengers.

All we can do is for the trailer to know more information. Until then, enjoy these cartoons of Avengers against Ultron:
